How do you define success?

I define success as impacting peoples lives in a positive way through my business. My goal is make women/girls feel empowered and special. So if i can make one women feel like the queen she is and impact her in a positive way through my business Star Crossed Jewerly, I would consider that a success!

Which women inspire you?

A women that inspires me is Malala Yousafazi. If you haven’t hear of her she is an activist who got shot when speaking publicly about girl’s right to education. I am so inspired by her journey to empower others. My favorite quote by her is, “Change is possible and do not limit yourself, do not stop yourself, just because you are young.” The reason that these words inspire me so much is because I started my business when I was only 15. I gave up after only a couple months because I felt like I was to young to accomplish anything with my business. However this year (I am 16 now) after being encouraged by some women in my life I started up my business again. You are never to young to accomplish things in life, your words and actions matter, and that why I love Malala message.

What has been the most rewarding thing since starting out?

The most rewarding part of my business is seeing women treat themselves. Everyone deserves to feel like the Queen they are and treat themselves to what they love! That is why I make my jewelry affordable, because I want everybody to have the opportunity to treat themselves!!!
